Who Am I?
I am a Father, Husband, IT Professional, and Veteran trying to do great things for my community.
I am a military brat born in Oklahoma and raised all over the world -- both of my parents were military. I learned the importance of walking a mile in someone else's shoes as I grew up in cultures dramatically different from my own. Working with others is a vital tool in a strong democracy and a skill I will bring to the Colorado state legislature.
As an IT professional critical thinking and problem solving determined the future I would build with my co-workers and those under my command when I served in the military. Collaborating today to solve the problems of tomorrow will make Colorado and the United States leaders in technology and clean energy while we protect the planet.
My YouTube channel, The Ninjineer, is a weekly account of the ebbs and flows of the EV market, culture and innovation. This keeps me in touch with other issues surrounding EVs. I plan to expand my channel's scope to discuss trends in the renewable energy sector as a whole.
I attended Oakwood University, a Christian HBCU in Alabama. There, I deepened my relationship with God and solidified my mission to make the world a better place.
I cultivated this opportunity in politics to start that positive change with my community.
Has the current political climate ever made you feel like your voice matters less and less? Has inflation and a stagnating job ecosystem ever made you apprehensive about your future? Do you believe Education is a path forward that is slowly being locked away?
If you answer to any of those questions is yes, look through my plan and find a way forward with a candidate that gets it.
Better Communities, Stronger State, Safer World.
My staff represents voices from our district, experience from the State of Colorado, and even members of my own family. My job is to listen to what the people in my district want and work tirelessly towards it. Based on what my diverse team and I have heard from our constituents, we are increasing teachers’ access to the resources they need to stay do their best work and advance, we are increasing incentives for renewable energy that create lower energy costs for families, and encouraging voters to understand how much their voice matters!
I can’t wait to start working with you and the rest of our community to build a brighter and more prosperous future.
Diverse Team, Diverse Ideas.
Alongside members of the community, we’ve supported solar development in Colorado. We supported the opening of local grocery stores that help meet the nutritional needs of families. I believe in speaking and listening to my neighbors so I like to have lots of events. Follow me on social media and join me for a conversation at our next event.
The Impact!
Communities Working Together
Wholistic Education
I want to pivot some of the focus of the education system not on just facts or data, but on how to digest and interpret that information in a way that grows a generation of strong thinkers and doers. I will do so with the input of some of the most influential, vital, and underpaid workers in the country: Teachers themselves!
I believe that the future of the economy in the United States is in renewable energy. In order to make the economy work most efficiently for everyone, I want to make district 15 as friendly a place as possible to renewables so our community has the opportunity to develop a synergy with our future as a society.
Robust Economy
Voter Empowerment
Every election there is a large number of people who decide not to vote. Also every election there is a race that could have changed the fate of the masses if 10 or 20 people voted for one candidate or another. I want to help people understand how much their voice counts and how much it matters. If I could talk to every single voter in the district I would, and I will absolutely make the effort to.
